I had an accident when I was trying to get the jewelry in which caused the pin to get stuck in the post and snap off completely. I had reached out to customer service for help on what to do and they were so nice and understanding. They helped to get a replacement jewelry sent and explained how to get the damaged jewelry returned directly to Junipurr. Overall it was a pleasant experience!
