- Standard (U.S.P.S. Priority Mail) - $21.95 (2-4 days)

- Express (U.S.P.S Priority Mail Express) - $27.95 (1-2 days)

International: (please note that we do not collect/remit duties/taxes for any country, you may owe duties/tax when the order arrives per your home countries import regulations) 

- Canada and Mexico Economy International - $30.95 (6-10 days)

- Australia / New Zealand - Economy International $41.26 (6-18 days)

- Worldwide and EU (other than listed above) Economy International - $41.26 or €38.00 EUR (6-18 days)

- International Priority Mail or Express Mail - not offered

We ship ALL orders either the same, or next, business day via USPS.  We are unable to guarantee or affect delivery time.  Above listed shipping times are only estimates and if ordered after noon central time add 1 day to the time estimate (because it will ship the next day, rather than the same day) - nearly all orders will be received within that estimate, however some can take longer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

 

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process - you have our sincere apologies! The postal service is beyond our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, where possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to your case.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

 

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means that you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. The payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

You are eligible for a full refund, including Shipping & Handling , ONLY if the order has been cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once the package is in transit with the carrier. After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.
