Q: Is there a minimum order amount or minimum order value?
There is no Minimum Order amount.

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours in most cases. We have a daily order cut off time of 10:00 a.m. EST. Please keep in mind that we are open from Monday through Friday. If you order is place after 12:00 A.M. EST on Friday we will not process your order until Monday.

Q: How do I know if my order has shipped?
We ship domestic orders via USPS. To track your orders, use the order number assigned during the checkout and purchase process. Also, a copy of the invoice is sent to your email address for your record keeping.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times depend on the distance of your address from our warehouse. Our warehouse is located in the USA, Florida, Miami. Standard delivery for the USA is 2-4 days, for Mexico and Canada 6-10 days, for other delivery regions - 6-18 days. Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We may ship each product separately from different warehouses for expedited delivery as we utilize alternative warehouses across the Continental United States. With different warehouse locations nation-wide, we can reach most locations.

Q: What do I do if there is an item missing from my order?
Sorry about the confusion. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution.

Q: Can I return my product?
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving the item to request a return - US, Canada and Mexico only. Q: How much will be my shipping cost?
The cost of delivery of orders in our store starts from 14.95 US dollars and depends on the delivery service and the distance of your address from our warehouse.
